3 months ago I started a new blog, and forgot to tell anyone about it.
Inspired by Mater Mea (run by a couple of friends), I wanted to highlight and collect all the stylish black women I see around the internet. Growing up there were very few women I could aspire to be or look like, and as an adult it’s something I get excited about. Plus, it’s a bit my own little answer to the fact that black women are still rarely portrayed aspirationally in the fashion world. I want to do my part to show that that’s bunk.
