30×30 #20, 24, 25

I confess, this is not the first time I’ve worn this outfit. I first discovered the dress/top combination in Amsterdam a couple of years ago. It was way colder than I had anticipated, so I ended up wearing half the clothes I brought at any given time. I included the red top in my 30×30 so I could recreate the outfit.

Back to the monochrome, which I think works well with the “subdued deer in the headlights” stare I’m trying to perfect. It’s the new “blue steel”! In #25 I added a tiny spot of color:

It’s hard to see, but I’m wearing a purple headband.

#20: Top – vintage, bought in Tokyo/ dress – Susanna Monaco/ booties – Madden Girl

#24: Top – RVCA/ skirt – vintage, Bianca Starr/ flats – Michael Kors/ ring – Banana Republic

#25 – Top – Gap/ jeans – Seven/ booties – Madden Girl/ earrings – Black Mountain Gallery/ Headband – ???

    I love your site! Someone should make your #20 available in stores so I can have it. The color combination is striking and the shape of the top and dress combined is different than anything I have seen walking around the city, very original! I saw you got the top in Tokyo and I was sad. Some designer needs to get on this.
