1. How beautiful is Truckee?! It definitely felt appropriate to spend a fall holiday in such a rustically beautiful place.
2, 3. Scenes from downtown Truckee. The retail spaces were mostly populated with home décor shops. There was this one amazing antique furniture place called Sipes that made me feel like a kid in a candy store (more on that Thursday).
4. Of course I did a bit of wine tasting. Had an excellent Prosecco and Chardonnay, although the (Oregon) Pinot Noir left a lot to be desired.
5. Sunset photo shoot on Thanksgiving! Ever since a random conversation/brainstorm with friends a couple of years ago, I’ve wanted to do a photo shoot in a fancy dress in a rugged setting. And it was so fun to do! I can’t wait to share the full set of photos.
