Why I Can Never Return to the East Coast

In light of my recent trip home, I’m reminded why I’m screwed if I ever leave the temperate climes of California.

I have an ever-increasing collection of open-toe booties. Useful only in transition weather, the window of opportunity to wear these will drop drastically if I ever move off the west coast. My growing collection of 3/4 sleeve sweaters and jackets might also become worrisome. Guess I have to live out here forever!

PS: I clearly need to diversify the color palette of my bootie collection.

Haha this is exactly why I hesitate to get open toe booties! In Ireland you never know when it’s gonna rain

You are brilliant! Identifying this is half the battle, I say. Whenever I visit A, I am always tempted to buy open toes and short sleeve sweaters – that would hardly see the light of day in my Toronto closet. Some say Toronto has two seasons: raging heat or frigid cold!
