Outfit: Jetsetting

I have a new summer travel uniform.

This is the exact same outfit I wore when I flew to Chicago last month (different accessories). It’s perfect for summer travel because I can wear leggings underneath while I’m in San Francisco and on an air-conditioned plane, then once I reach my destination (in this case, hot and humid North Carolina), I can remove the leggings and be ready for summer.

My other trick for summer style – piling on the accessories! When it’s hot outside I can’t bear to layer, but I love piling on bracelets and bangles!

I finally did a respectable packing job, reconciling myself to bringing one handbag, because the odds of me switching bags while I’m running around day-to-night are slim to none. I didn’t bring the stilettos, because even though I’m using a car and don’t have to walk anywhere, I know I’m not going anywhere super fancy shoes make sense. My one point of indulgence? Jewelry.

Is it even possible to wear all of this in 6 days?! And if anyone knows of a better way to pack jewelry, please let me know!

I get back to San Francisco early Wednesday morning. There’s a good chance I’ll be  back on the blog at least once or twice before I’m back, but if not – see you next week 🙂

This. Makes. So. Much. Sense. It. Makes. Me. Sick.

Seriously, I should have done this for my US trip. SO many unnecessary items in my suitcase!
