A few weeks ago I spent the evening with my dear friend Emily, who is also a supremely talented wedding and portrait photographer.
Emily and I met in Tokyo while we were both living there in 2007, and we both found our way to San Francisco shortly after coming back to the States. Having dinner with her and her husband was especially nice because she’s gluten-free as well, so I didn’t have to worry about explaining anything. And they’re both incredible cooks. Before the food, however, we had a fun little photo shoot. Here are my favorite shots:
