A DIY Moment

It’s been a while, I know. I apologize for the lack of posts; sometimes life gets really busy. But to make up for it I have a gem today! Getting dressed yesterday, I discovered how to make DIY sweater booties. Remember these Loeffler Randall booties I posted about recently:

Here’s how to do it yourself:

To begin, you’ll need a boot, and a pair of leggings. Once you have your leggings figure out which end is more stretchy, and which end has more slack.

Put your leg into the leg warmer, stretchy end first, and pull it all the way up your leg. Then put your boot on, keeping the leg warmer in place.

When you’re ready, fold the leg warmer down over you boot, and scrunch it down really well.

Tah-dah! Your very own slouch bootie. Or covered bootie, or whatever you want to call it. Best paired with a t-shirt, jeans, and faux-scarf.

Tee – Jeremy’s
