*my apologies for lagging on the blog. May has been an incredibly busy month, and I’m currently traveling on the east coast for 2.5 weeks.*
I love summer – especially hot summer nights. I love it when I can leave the house in the morning, come back at midnight, and be comfortable wearing the same thing for the entire day. This, however, is only possible in climates with humidity. In dry San Francisco, every night is chillier than the daytime. It feels especially cruel when the day is beautiful but you still have to add another layer when the sun goes down. That’s why I’m so happy to have a couple of weeks back east. With the exception of one chilly night in Boston, I’ve been out here 5 days and nights and have happily left all my sweaters in the suitcase. In celebration of sultry summer weather, (and because I look at clothing online nearly every single day), I’d like to share some rainbow-hued frocks that shout summer.
Every single one of the dresses is delicious, and under $150! I already have the purple and orange zebra-striped dress, and the next one may be the nautical feeling dress with the blue stripes and red skirt. I’ve been jonesing for stripes and it’s only $50. Obviously I’d be ecstatic if every one of these frocks found their way into my wardrobe. Click through to Polyvore for links to each item.
