Even though prints and colors are my favorite thing to wear, I also like to play with textures and textiles. For me the outfit is interesting because of all the different pieces involved: a cage-knit sweater, pleated skirt with chevron detailing at the bottom, and suede chelsea boots. If these pieces had been colorful, the effect of the different textures would be too much.
