Who: Ace & Jig
Where: Of A Kind, Anthropologie, Saks, Mira Mira (San Francisco)
Why: One of fashion’s sweetest spots is when you look absolutely fabulous with little-to-no effort. My preferred method of achieving this is to choose clothing that’s easy to wear but is dramatic enough to carry the day without anything extra – although accessories are always a good idea. I found myself gravitating towards Ace & Jig, pulled in by the color and mildly geometric lines. Plus, thanks to unique cottons and linens woven in India, there’s a layer of texture that just absolutely catches your eye. After much debate (ie, sticker shock), I picked up the dress below – and it’s sartorially perfect.
