Lately I’ve been really into tying scarves as turbans. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, but could never really master. Then a few weeks ago I ran into a woman on the sidewalk who had a really cool turban, and I asked how she tied it. She couldn’t show me at the time but she assured me that it was really easy. I went home, gave it a try, and hey! It was easy. Earlier tonight someone was tweeting about faux-turban headbands, which I used to be excited about. Now, I just prefer the real thing! Pair a graphic scarf with a statement necklace and chic boots, and you can’t lose!
