Wrist-watching is back! I haven’t seen any guys with cool watches for while, unfortunately; but I met Payam at a friend’s party on Saturday, and I could not get over his watch.

When I first told Payam how much I liked his watch, he said he was wearing a better one earlier. He described it as “having an art deco feel”, and intimated that it might go over peoples’ heads. So he switched it out for a more digestible one. What does he love about this one? The wood paneling of course, and that the actual watch face is subtle and not the focus of the piece. It also lights up!
