Yesterday the March InStyle arrived – chock full of new ideas for spring. Red carpet season is under way, and New York Fashion Week starts today. Everywhere I look is a new source of fashion inspiration, but what’s formost in my mind right now is a new jacket. Seriously. Right now I’m craving outerwear from Gr.Dano, a design duo that’s based in S.F. (but stocked all around the country). From a fitted blazer, to a modern trenchcoat, to everything in between, the Gr.Dano F/W 2012 lookbook has a jacket for nearly every mood.
They say necessity is the mother of all invention. Well, leave it to designers from San Francisco – the city of fog-induced layering – to produce such a creative range of wearable jackets. The plaid one is my absolute favorite, but I would happily wear a different Gr.Dano jacket every single day of the week. Which one do you like the best?
